Then Sings My Soul Saturday - 33 Miles

I love this song. It reminds me I should change my attitude and perspective when facing certain trials. There is usually a blessing awaiting me in the midst of my circumstances.

Have a blessed weekend!

Blessings Amy...I love this song as well & this group is a new one for me this summer. I just learned of them. And have 3 of their songs now! I agree that Jesus Calling certainly puts our attitude in check & reminds us all. Thank you for sharing 33 Miles & this great one...it's so Comforting to know we're not alone!

Praying all went well this past week!

This song goes really well with the book I'm reading: Fearless by Max Lucado. Romans 8:28 still stands. Hebrews 4:16 is still available.

Have a blessed weekend.

Amy, I'm so glad that you attract bloggers of all ages on TSMSS. It gives me the opportunity to listen to songs I may never have known about. The one you added this morning was new to me but I really liked it. The words are so relevant for today.

There's so much going on in the world today. And each one of us has our own difficult circumstances. I know that you deal with the possibility of your child having a seizure every day. I may have completely different circumstances. But we both have a personal relationship with our Lord. And so in the midst of uncertainty, we can cling to what we do know. Jesus loves us and never leaves us alone. Do we chose to focus on our circumstances or do we chose to know what we know ...that nothing happens to us that isn't filtered through His fingers of love.

I've found that He is teaching me in the midst of the storms to trust Him more and more. Sometimes it's day by day but more often it's moment by moment. The Lord is holding us with His righteous right hand and He will be with us through it all.

Thank you for doing TSMSS Amy. It's been such a blessing for me. May the Lord bless you and give you peace even in the midst of your daily circumstances.

Hugs,
Debbie
