Then Sings My Soul Saturday - Audrey Assad

I stumbled across this song this week. I'd never heard it before but I fell in love with it. The artist is Audrey Assad. I've posted the lyrics below as best as I can figure them from the video. The words really spoke to me and echoed how my heart feels at times. Sometimes we are afraid to let our faith be real and we need to ask for His help to love Him and want Him. We sometimes have to ask for Him to help us fall to our knees. But still, I think He loves it when we are honest.

Then Sings My Soul Saturday - Trust You Brandon Heath

Anybody else out there have control issues? Maybe it's my personality, but I like to be in control. I like to have things planned out and know what is going to happen before it does. So... you see where this can sometimes cause problems in letting God direct me and in trusting Him not just in thought but in action. The words to this song really spoke to me this week. I struggle when I don't know where God is leading me... but I'm recommitting to trust Him.
